    Prior to becoming CEO at Advantage Services, Rob served as the manager of the Education, Provisional Labor and Employment Departments. Rob is also a disabled retired Army Staff Sergeant with over thirty one years of leadership, counseling and instructor experience. He has extensive grant and technical writing experience and sits on several committees representing Advantage Services such as: the Utah Defendant Offender Workforce Development (UDOWD), The Utah Statewide Independent Living Council (currently serving as the Chair), The State Rehabilitation Council (Currently serving on the Exec Committee), The Governor’s Coalition to End Homelessness, The Downtown Alliance Maintenance and Security Council, P3 Utah and The Downtown Hub.

    Operations Manager

    Omar Rojas has been with Advantage Services for 18 years. Currently he is The Operations Manager and oversees all departments. Omar had served as the Department Manager for the Custodial Department and the Bio-hazard Department. He is OSHA Certified and a tireless leader who inspires his people to provide a quality service.

    Department Manager
    Terry has been with Advantage Services for the past 18 years. Currently Terry is the Department Manager for the Support and Accounting Staff. He is responsible for Billing, Accounts Receivable and Work Orders, as well as, managing all of the support staff and the day to day functions of the office. Terry has earned many company awards including the Customer Services Excellence award several times.

    Karisa has been with the company since April 2016. She is responsible for the company accounting, payroll and HR Services. Her work ethics are unrivaled and her ability to balance the day to day hassle of running a medium sized non-profit is phenomenal

    Department Manager
    Jessica has worked for Advantage Services for 10 yrs and is the Department Manager for the Employment, Education and Homeless Services Departments. She is a certified Job Coach for the Utah State Office of Rehabilitation (USOR). Jessica is a dedicated manager who is vital to the continued existence of the company. Her work in the homeless population has earned the company a positive reputation in the community as a company who changes lives.

    Maintenance Supervisor

    Brian has been with the company since 2015, He is the maintenance supervisor and is responsible for coordinating his crew to handle the many work orders received every day. His knowledge of building maintenance and leadership have contributed to creating many new contracts.

    Bio-Hazard Supervisor
    Dan has worked for Advantage Services for 10 Years. He is currently the bio-Hazard Department Supervisor. Dan has worked in various departments such as Grounds and Dietary but for the past 9 years has been a productive member of the Bio-Hazard Crew. Dan also supervises and works on all our military contracts.

    Employment Coordinator
    Megan has been with Advantage Services for 4 years. She is the Employment Coordinator responsible for scheduling all supportive employment employees, Assists in billing and works the front desk reception. Megan started with the company as a part time employee and has advanced herself as a full time benefitted employee. She is dependable and has excellent communication skills.
