Rob Ferris

CEO

Rob is a disabled retired Army Staff Sergeant with over 40 years of leadership, counseling, and instructor experience. He has served as CEO of two separate non-profit organizations in Salt Lake City and has been the CEO of Advantage Services since 2014. He has extensive grant and technical writing experience.  He is a community leader, sitting on several committees and councils. Currently, he sits on the Salt Lake Valley Coalition to end Homelessness (SLVCEH) as a Co-Chair for the Employment and Education Core Function Group.  Previously he sat on the State Rehabilitation Council (SRC) for 8 yrs and the Utah Independant Living Council (USILC) for 7 yrs.

Omar Rojas

Omar Rojas has been with Advantage Services Since 1998. Currently, he is the Chief Operations Officer. Omar was the Operations Manager, Department Manager for the Custodial Department, and the Bio-hazard Crew. He is OSHA Certified and a tireless leader who inspires his people to provide quality service. Omar oversees the company's day-to-day operations and ensures our community partners and customers are satisfied with our services.

Ashley McGuire

CFO/HR Director

Ashley came to Advantage Services in November 2024 with 10 yrs experience in accounting.  She is a native of Utah and an Army Veteran with her master's in business administration (MBA), master's in psychology and a minor in accounting.  In addition to being our CFO she is also our HR Director who administers all of our personnel programs such as our Health care, 401K and insurance policies.

Rick Lindsey

Field Services Director

Rick has been with Advantage Services since 2013. Previously, Rick was the Director of Operations, Operations Manager, Department Supervisor, and Team Lead. His rise through the ranks of the company is due to his remarkable work ethic and dedication to our mission. Rick has been the backbone of our crews, and his tireless efforts have earned respect and admiration of those he supervises and our customers

Vaughn Fairchild

Operations Manager

Vaughn started with Advantage Services in July 2024. He is a native to Utah and an Air Force Veteran. Vaugn has over 35 years of leadership experience. He has outstanding organizational skills and his undergone extensive OSHA training.  In addition to being our Operations Manager he has also taken on the role of our Safety Officer tasked with creating and maintaining our company safety program.

Megan Belagam

Office Manager

Megan has been with Advantage Services since 2013.  Megan started with the company as a part-time employee and quickly moved to a full-time benefitted employee. Megan has held many positions with Advantage Services such as Front Desk Receptionist, Employment Coordinator and is currently serving as the Office Manager. She is a loyal employee who is dependable, has excellent communication skills and fully supports our mission.

Israel Salerna

Homeless Programing Supervisor

Israel has been with the company since July 2020 he started out on the Clean Team and quickly rose through the ranks as a team Lead and now serves as a Full-Time Benefitted Supervisor over all of the homeless programing.  Israel is a dedicated and compassionate leader with excellent work ethics.

Dan Butler

Dan Butler

Bio-Hazard Supervisor

Dan has worked for Advantage Services since 2007. He is currently the bio-Hazard Department Supervisor. Dan has worked in various departments, such as Grounds and Dietary, but for the past 10 years has been a productive member of the Bio-Hazard Crew. Dan also supervises and works on all our military contracts.

Employment Coordinator/ Job Coach

Jennie started with our former company (Valley Services) in 2010 as a Job Coach. in 2014 went to work for TURN Community Services as a Direct Support staff. Then worked in an adult group home until we brought her back as our new Employment Coordinator and Job Coach/Mentor in July of 2025.  She is ACRE Certified and has a passion for working with people who are disabled or disadvantaged.
