• Rob Ferris

    Rob is a disabled retired Army Staff Sergeant with over 34 years of leadership, counseling and instructor experience. He has served ten years as CEO for two separate non-profit organizations in Salt Lake City and have extensive grant and technical writing experience.  He is a community leader; sitting on several committees and councils such as: the Utah Defender Offender Workforce Development (UDOWD) Taskforce, the Chairman of the Utah Statewide Independent Living Council (USILC), Chairman of the State Rehabilitation Council (SRC), Chairman of the Homeless Housing Coordination Council (HHCC), Member of the Dignity of Work Task Force, member of the Salt Lake Valley Coalition to End Homelessness

  • Omar Rojas

    Omar Rojas has been with Advantage Services Since 1998. Currently he is the Chief Operations Officer. Omar had served as the Operations Manager, Department Manager for the Custodial Department and the Bio-hazard Department Manager. He is OSHA Certified and a tireless leader who inspires his people to provide a quality service. Omar oversees the day to day operations of the company and ensures our community partners and customers are satisfied with our services.

  • Terry Fredrickson
    Chief Human Resource Officer
    Terry started with Advantage Services in 1998. He briefly left the company and returned in 2005, through hard work and dedication he became on “Officer” of the company in 2020. Previously he was the department manager for our support and accounting staff.  Terry has earned the respect of not only our organization but with all of our community partners and customers.
  • Jessie Campbell
    Director of Operations
    Jessie was hired by Advantage Services January 2020 as the Director of Operations. Jessie has started two seperate non-profits (Hope Again Construction and Life on the Line). Both focused on the homeless and those coming out of jail or prison. Jessie comes to us with not only a solid leadership background but also has extensive building Maintenance (handyman) experience. He is known and respected in our industry and will help maintain the positive company image we have with our customers and community partners.
  • Rick Lindsey
    Operations Manager
    Rick Lindsey has been with Advantage Services since 2013 and is currently the Operations Manager.  Previously Rick had been a department supervisor and team lead. Rick elevated to his current position through hard work and dedication to his job.  Rick has been the backbone of our work crews, his tireless efforts and strong work ethics have earned the respect and numerous compliments from our customers.
  • Stefanie Guffey
    Accountanting Manager

    Stefanie is the newest member to our management team.  Stefanie comes to us with over twelve years of accounting experience. She is responsible for the company accounting, payroll and HR Services. Her work ethics are unrivaled and her ability to balance the day to day hassle of performing accounting and HR duties for a medium sized non-profit is phenomenal.

  • Dan Butler
    Bio-Hazard Supervisor
    Dan has worked for Advantage Services since 2007. He is currently the bio-Hazard Department Supervisor. Dan has worked in various departments such as Grounds and Dietary but for the past 10 years has been a productive member of the Bio-Hazard Crew. Dan also supervises and works on all our military contracts.
  • Megan Belagam
    Employment Coordinator
    Megan has been with Advantage Services since 2013. She is the Employment Coordinator responsible for scheduling all supportive employment employees, Assists in billing and works the front desk reception. Megan started with the company as a part time employee and has advanced herself as a full time benefitted employee. She is dependable and has excellent communication skills.
